A lifelong resident of Fredericton, Tony Whalen brings deep community knowledge and a passion for helping others to his real estate career. A former 2-term Fredericton City Councillor and Deputy Mayor, he combines strong local insight with proven leadership. Tony holds a Chemical Engineering degree from UNB and spent over 30 years as a Professional Engineer before transitioning to real estate. Now also serving as a Commissioner of Oaths, Tony provides trusted, professional service and expert guidance to help clients achieve their real estate goals, whether buying or selling, with confidence and care.
